This was probably our favorite bnb stay — perfect for our small family. We loved the privacy, walkability to beach, & screened in porch. Plus there were special touches like nightlights, lamps near all beds, TV in all rooms, & nice smelling soaps! All these things make a difference & were helpful! Communication was fast & friendly. Listing was just as pictured & we would definitely stay here again & recommend to friends. Thanks y’all!
Amazing place in the middle of 30A. 10-minute drive from Rosemary Beach, 15-minute drive from Alys Beach. 10-minute walk to the sand of Intel Beach. Literally 2 minutes walk to the beach from this unit. The beds are amazing, the kitchen is stocked with all your tools needed. The out shower is great, the BBQ is great. The sideyard was great for the kids. I would say the unit does come with an awesome Tent for the beach, but the chairs are old so I would bring my own next time. They have enough sand toys and beach game toys there as well. The only downside for us was the fireplace kept going out every 15 minutes or so. They had an easy reset for that though which was great. Overall I would stay again but I will say it is very secluded. Like you don't really have neighbors next to you. Which is great but can also be a bummer. At the end of the day this place is perfect and I would come back.
It was a great first vacation with my son and husband! We loved how quite and serene it was. We will for sure be coming back in the years to come!
This house is a fantastic choice for a family or multiple families to enjoy 30a. Has plenty of rooms and the common space and deck are fantastic for lounging. The location is what makes it one of the best spots though - back gate literally opens to the pool area and you're 10 feet from one of the tram spots to the beach. Everything about this house was just fantastic. Would definitely rent it again in the future. Thanks!
Great stay! Kid friendly with a pack and play and high chair there! Easy bike to the beach and very short walk to pool. Would definitely stay here again!
We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage! It was so comfortable, well-equipped and convenient! They were great hosts and our stay was really enjoyable overall!
Sandra was extremely responsive when we need internet reset. Texted immediately and fixed issue immediately. It was hard to get into closet because of space with 2 beds in double queen room but wonderful location, beautiful place. Not a condo issue but the community grills were not working and had issues lighting them but eventually we got them lit.
We had a great stay at Sandra’s place! Our group of 9 were very comfortable - lots of space for everyone. We had everything we needed and appreciated the extra amenities like the beach chairs and boogie boards. Sandra was very responsive and accommodating. Location was perfect. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
Stunning home on a wonderful beach! We had a party of 9 and there was plenty of space for sleeping & for all of our luggage! The bikes were a nice plus too!
Beautiful place, looked just like the pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Easy entrance. The beds could use an upgrade, but were not Terrible. Had a great time. Pool was nice and clean. Loved having the bikes to ride. Had an over all great time! Would definitely stay here again!
Sandra’s place was just as pictured! Extremely clean, and amazing location. The amenities at Seacrest Beach are stellar, and the walking/biking to Rosemary/Aly’s cannot be beat. The condo was very spacious, and we loved that there were beach chairs we could use when we hit the beach everyday.
Cozy place in a great location. Beach was super easy to access. Host was very helpful.

Great stay! For Seacrest, you can't beat this location. The pool is outside the back door and the ocean is easy to walk to since this building is in the front entrance. Love that the unit came with two bikes! We've stayed with Sandra and team before, always recommend!
Beautiful spot for relaxing Rosemary Beach holiday. Walking distance to everything. Room was clean and well appointed.
Perfect house for our group of five. Parking for 3 cars. Well equipped kitchen. Coffee and toiletries available on check in. Great beds, TV’s, A/C, washer/dryer.
Sandra’s place was a fantastic stay. The house was better quality than I would have even imagined. Bikes were a great touch and made getting around great! Easy walk to the beach!

We had a fabulous gulf coast trip and Sandra’s place made it so relaxing. It sits in the cutest little neighborhood with really nice houses. The pool was super convenient after a day at the beach. We loved everything about our stay and I would highly recommend.

My family and I loved staying here! Clean, relaxing, comfortable feel. Great location across from The Big Chill and shopping while being close to beach access and grocery stores. Excellent offering of beach accessories (chairs, boogie boards, etc.) Would stay here again.
We had a great time staying here for a few days! Loved the location and how walkable the whole area was. The one thing that I think should be emphasized is how much of the beach access is taken over by the rentable chairs and umbrellas. If you're not planning on paying for the chair rental, you really have to get to the beach by 8AM in order to have a decent spot for the day. We learned this after our first day at the beach and then it was fine. Overall, we had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again!

Great location, exactly where you want to be in Rosemary Beach. Very well decorated and well-kept. The air conditioner was not necessarily the best for the Florida heat, but we were only in the room to sleep anyways.
Place was very comfortable felt like home. Definitely would stay at this house again.

Place was beautiful Beach was AMAZING Quick drive or 10 min walk to beach. Bikes are available as well, you do have to cross a busy Main Street to get to beach. It’s a public beach so crowded but amazing. Had some trouble with AC wall unit in living room and they sent someone out quickly. Quiet neighborhood.
Super location on 30A and easy walk to the beach and pool. Home is spacious and clean. We loved all the balconies. We enjoyed our time there.

Great location with the pool being right out back and the beach just a short walk. The house had plenty of space for our party of six to spread out. We would consider staying here again. It’s a great location for families!
Great place to stay, and good location. It was perfect for what we needed for a wedding to attend in rosemary over the weekend. The photos and descriptions were accurate! Only complaint is how crowded the beach access was. There was no where to even sit. We were surprised because the town felt like a more low key weekend at the end of April as it’s after spring break and before summer. Was very very crowded on the beach.
Comfy, cute spot! Walkable to the beach (the walk is so gorgeous) & walkable to Alys beach. You will love your stay! Incredible architecture all around.
Beautiful home! Felt like I was 2 min from rosemary beach, 6 from Alys beach, stunning, comfortable and great location. Host was very responsive as quick as she could!
