We invite you to consider our condo as your own personal escape from the everyday. Our charming and cozy studio offers guests the sun-soaked simple pleasures of a seashore vacation outfitted with the comforts of home. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the condo with the exception of the owner's closet near the bed. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. In the pool out building there are credit card operated washers and dryers for guest convenience. Other things to note Special Notes: • Amenity Wristbands: In the condo there is a side table by the sofa which houses the amenity wristbands. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. • Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass Acme Ice House on your right. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear yellow wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach. Please wear wristbands while entering Sunset Beach as attendants frequently check. • Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 13 years of age and older will need to wear yellow wristbands to access the tram. For tram service November through February or for questions about the tram please call. • Beach Chairs: Two backpack beach chairs are at the condo for your use. Please do not leave them on the beach overnight. It is asked that prior to departure the chairs get wiped clean for incoming guest(s) use. Beach chairs and umbrellas can also be rented at the beach. For more information please contact Sea Oats Beach Service by cal(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or visit their website (URL HIDDEN) • Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. • Groceries: Need something quick? Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie. • Laundry: Credit card operated washers and dryers for guest use are by the pool area • Misc Info: • HVAC unit is controlled by a remote housed on the wall by the lounge chair • The linens for the sleeper sofa are kept in the wardrobe cabinet • Please be respectful of other guests and owners in residence, quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am • PLEASE NOTE: TPLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. After a fun filled day at the beach and a delightful meal at one of the almost two hundred amazing restaurants situated along this glorious stretch along the Gulf, you are mere steps away from enjoying restful serenity that our favorite escape from the everyday has to offer. Guest access Aside from the owner's closet in the entryway, the condo is all yours during your stay. We ask you to treat it as your own. Down the hall there are coin operated washers and dryers for guest convenience. Other things to note Amenity Wristbands: In the condo on the living area coffee table there are "The Village" wristbands for your use. Each guest 13 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G. Prior to departure please return all wristbands to their proper place. Beach Access Info: Deeded beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler's Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You'll pass High Pointe resort on your left. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). This is a monitored access where guests 13 years of age and older will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through the beach access. Per noise restrictions, wheeled coolers are permitted, but they must be carried down the pedestrian pathway which leads to the beach through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any deeded beach access along 30A. Beach Chairs: Two beach chairs are at the condo for guest use. Please keep them clean for the enjoyment of future guests. Do not leave the chairs on the beach overnight. If chairs are missing upon guest departure the cost to replace each chair will be removed from the security deposit. Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vita. Closest Public Beach Access: Should you choose to go to the public beach access where lifeguards are on duty in the high season from 9am - 5pm CST, head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In approximately 0.4 miles turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for "public beach access"). At the stop sign the road will T, turn right or left to park. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and outdoor shower area; this beach is also monitored by lifeguards in the high season. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are located near the public beach access, as well. The Village Resort Area: The Village resort area with two pools, hot tub, fountain and grilling/dining sections located by Building H is for the exclusive use of guests and owners residing at The Village. Wristbands must be worn by guests age 11 and over to gain access to this area. As there are no lifeguards at the pool, children must be monitored by an adult. Children ages 4 and under must wear swim diapers when at the pool. Should an accident happen and fecal matter enters the pool, the pool will need to get shut down for 12-24 hours to get properly cleaned and disinfected. Tram Info: Free beach tram is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March - October from 9am CST through 5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village pool area near Building H every 20 minutes. All guests 11 years of age and older will need to wear wristbands to access the tram. PLEASE NOTE: The tram does not operate during inclement weather. Grilling Area: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended. Laundry: Coin operated washers and dryers are located on the 2nd floor corridor for guest use. The home is ideally situated adjacent to Scenic Highway 30A at the front of Seacrest Beach between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. You are a five minute walk away (1500ft) from sinking your toes in the frosty white sand. If you are not in the mood to walk, the Community of Seacrest Beach offers a comprehensive tram system will pick you up at the stop located outside your front door and drop you off at the walkway that takes you to the beach. If you need a break from the beach, but still want to enjoy some fun in the sun then head on over to the 12,000 square foot lagoon pool – the largest pool on 30A! While you're lounging by the pool, pick up something to eat and some ice cold beverages from the Seacrest Café! After a fun day frolicking at the beach or in the lagoon pool, share a delicious meal with your family and friends at one of the many restaurants a short walk away. Each of the nearby communities of Alys Beach, The Village of South Walton, and Rosemary Beach feature a number of fantastic restaurants offering fare that will appeal to everyone's palate.
