When you choose our condo for your vacation, you’re sure to create happy memories that will last a lifetime! Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closet in the hall. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. "Coastal Cottage" is a cozy, four bedroom, three bathroom home situated on Trigger Trail at the front of the picturesque neighborhood of Seacrest Beach on Florida's famed Scenic Highway 30A. The open concept living space on the second floor features a well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and ample cabinet space. At the rear of the second floor is the family room which opens to the balcony which offers peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. As you walk through the front door of this coastal cottage, you enter into the open concept living space where you'll find on your left a wrap around sofa flanked by a plush over-sized chair – the perfect setting for your family to relive the favorite parts of their day enjoying everything our little slice of paradise has to offer! To your right is a pair of overstuffed chairs positioned in front of an ultra HD 4K flat panel smart television. The center of the space is a large, circular dining table that comfortably seats six. When you come downstairs in the morning, you can gather round the table and plan out your day's adventures while sharing a wonderful family breakfast. After a wondrous day at the beach, pull up a chair and share in a family favorite meal as you regale each other with exciting tales of the days adventures in our idyllic beach community. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space and granite countertops. The cabinets are replete with all the cookware and bakeware you need to prepare and amazing meal for your family. On the wall opposite the counters is a pantry with five shelves and racks on the door — plenty of room to store everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals for your family. Steps off the porch at the back of the house is a courtyard where you’ll find a concrete table for dining al fresco as well as a propane grill. The first floor houses a queen bedroom, on the second floor is a grand master suite with a seating area, king bed and ensuite bath. Rounding out the second floor is a large guest bedroom with two full beds, seating area and ensuite bath. The third floor is a dream with two sets of twin over queen built-in bunk beds with twin size trundle beds. This bedroom houses it's own bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. Best of all, you are four tenths of a mile away from sinking your toes into the pristine white sands of the world's most beautiful beaches! You are two tenths of a mile away from the 12,000 square foot Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool — the largest pool on 30A! Peaceful Rays is a pet-friendly vacation rental; however, we have a limit on no more than two dogs each weighing fifty pounds or less. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding. When people are not in residence, dogs must be crated for their own protection (being in an unfamiliar setting) and for protection of the contents of the home. There is a non-refundable $250 (+ tax) pet fee charged when bringing pets into the home. Welcome to the "Purple Peacock", your periwinkle promise land on Scenic Route 30A. With sleeping for four, this adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach bungalow in the 30A boutique community of Cottages at Camp Creek, is less than 1 mile from the world famous neighborhood of Alys Beach. This neighborhood is very family friendly. To access the beach just take a short stroll to the front of the neighborhood and cross 30A. You can enjoy the community pool and hot tub mere steps from the back porch.

The multi-level floor plan provides optimum privacy for guests with the added feature and convenience of two living areas and a second floor coffee bar. Spend your mornings on the terrace, basking in the sun overlooking the Seacrest Beach green space and 12,000 sq ft lagoon pool. For lunch, pick up something to barbecue from a local market and have an afternoon fiesta. At dinner, enjoy a feast at any of the nearby award-winnings restaurants. After dinner, pour a glass of wine, and count the stars while realizing that you are certainly in paradise.
