Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your beach escape! An open floor plan with cozy seating, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and delightful patio offer plenty of space for entertaining family and friends after a day of sun and fun. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closets in the laundry room and master bath. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. Other things to note • 6 seater golf cart in garage available for additional fee. • The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park located at 6350 East County Road 30-A just down the street from The Hub. Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, the entrance to Deer Lake State Park is on the left. It is recommended that you drive into the park or ride bikes to the parking area. Once parked, the walk to the beach through the dunes is 0.5 miles. This beach access is closed for renovations through August 2022. • The closest public beach access with lifeguards on duty (in season), limited parking, handicap ramp, restroom and shower facilities is Bramble Grove (3.6 miles to the west). Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, travel 3.6 miles on 30A, the entrance to Bramble Grove Public Beach Access will be on the left (across from Santa Clara St). • Tram Access: Memorial Day through Labor Day: Prominence offers free air conditioned shuttle service which will take you to the public beach access at Bramble Grove daily between the hours of 9am - 4pm CT. The shuttle can be picked up in front of the pool. The ride to the beach access is approx. 7 minutes. • Beach Gear: A few backpack beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys are in the garage for your use. Enjoy the items, all we ask is that you wipe them clean before your departure so they’re clean for the guests following your stay. • Bikes: Four adult cruiser bikes and two child bikes are at the home for guest use. Additional bikes can be rented directly from Good Pedals at a 10% discount. The back wall of the home features a large, 55” Ultra HD flat panel Smart TV equipped with YoutubeTV service. Sit back and relax on the wrap around sofa as you tune to Beach TV on channel forty-six to see highlights from local points of interests as well as interviews with local merchants and restauranteurs. For more personal conversations, you can relax in one of the pairs of comfy chairs which flank either side of the family room. When you arrive, please expect to have one new roll of toilet paper and a travel size set of toiletries in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap and replacement kitchen trash liners are in the kitchen. We do not provide enough of these mentioned supplies for your entire visit, but enough for you to arrive comfortably. All of the beds will be made fresh, towels are provided in each bathroom. At the end of the day, it’s not uncommon to see a few jeeps backed up onto the sand facing the ocean with folks enjoying some of the most beautiful sunsets you will see anywhere. But fear not, only a small number of permits are allocated to residents via an annual lottery so you won’t see many vehicles out there. It’s just one of the many features of the area that contribute to the classic surf town vibe you cannot help but get caught up in when you visit.
