Just minutes away from the gorgeous sandy shores of the Emerald Coast, this 2 bedroom open-concept townhome is perfect for your next amazing beach vacation. You’ll have the space and privacy you and your guests desire, while your location allows quick and easy access to all that Scenic Highway 30A has to offer.
The space
Decorated with cool whites highlighted by ocean-inspired splashes of turquoise and blue this home displays all the trademark style of a coastal cottage. Everything is here to make your stay a relaxing home away from home including a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area with seating for four guests, an inviting and luxurious living space with a large smart TV, free Wi-Fi and central air conditioning. French doors lead you onto the home’s private balcony area where you can enjoy the salt air any time of the day. The two breezy and welcoming bedrooms at opposite ends of the residence feature a master with king bed and deluxe ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, large walk-in shower and separate water closet; the second bedroom is conveniently fitted with two full size beds and also features its own guest bath with a tub/shower combination. Both of these charming rooms house flat screen smart TVs and ceiling fans. The laundry room provides use of a full size washer and dryer, so you’ll start each new adventure with fresh gear. Guests also have the use of the single car garage which houses 4 adult cruiser bikes. There is one additional parking spot in the driveway in front of the garage.

This beautiful and modern vacation rental is within easy walking distance to The Hub, a festival-style gathering place featuring eateries, entertainment and shopping. The event lawn provides seating for outdoor concerts and movies, and the centrally located Pavilion features a multipurpose stage, a 25 foot wide outdoor movie screen, and a screened porch with a fireplace and big screen TV’s. Beyond the Prominence community one can explore the pristine state parks and varying beach towns, each with their own architectural feel and flavor. An excursion to one of the many rare coastal dune lakes that dot the 30A landscape, known for its rich wildlife and unparalleled ecosystem, is a must. Prominence is one of 30As newer resort communities attracting families looking to experience the area with easy access to new and long time 30A haunts along the beautiful white beaches of The Panhandle. This well planned community features two pools (on the north and south side), open green spaces, a fitness room and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is located on HWY 30A between Seagrove and Watersound.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

 
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
•  Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
•  Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room. 
•  Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
•  Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

Sandra was extremely responsive when we need internet reset. Texted immediately and fixed issue immediately. It was hard to get into closet because of space with 2 beds in double queen room but wonderful location, beautiful place. Not a condo issue but the community grills were not working and had issues lighting them but eventually we got them lit.

Beautiful place, looked just like the pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Easy entrance. The beds could use an upgrade, but were not Terrible. Had a great time. Pool was nice and clean. Loved having the bikes to ride. Had an over all great time! Would definitely stay here again!
