"Seas the Day" is situated in the idyllic beach Florida Cottage community of Seacrest Beach located on the north side of Scenic Highway 30A between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. This beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom home is found on Barefoot Lane at the rear of the community. Its driveway easily accommodates two vehicles and the home sits directly off of a beautiful green space path that takes you down to the Seacrest Lagoon Pool — the largest pool on 30A.
The space
When you walk through the front door you enter the open concept living space featuring rich hardwood floors and a view of the tranquil, shaded green space. The family room features an oversized sectional sofa and a comfortable accent armchair each with great view of the large flat panel television. Separating the family room from the kitchen is the dining area illuminated by a beautiful chandler over a wonderful wooden table with comfortable seating for six. Coastal pendant lights illuminate the bar separating the kitchen from the dining area which also provides seating for an additional three people.

The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, and electric range with induction burners. A Keurig coffee maker and a multi-cup drip coffee maker provide the convenience of allowing each guest to start the morning with their favorite beverage. This home has everything you need to prepare a scrumptious meal for your family to enjoy as you regale each other with tales of shared experiences had at your new favorite beach destination.

A doorway to the left of the staircase leading to the second floor opens to the laundry room equipped with a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room also features an exterior door providing an alternate entrance to the home where happy go lucky beachgoers can drop off their sandy beach wear and towels when returning from a fun-filled day frolicking on the beach. As you continue to the back of the house, you will come to the first floor, full size bathroom outfitted with a stand-up tile shower/tub combination. At the rear of the first floor is one of the beautiful guest rooms outfitted with a plush bedding on a queen size bed and French doors leading out to the wrap around porch. This room is the perfect hideaway for grand parents who want a little space to relax and recharge after a day of fun with the family along with the ability to come and go as they please without disrupting the rest of the household.

Take the staircase to the second floor where you'll find the master suite and another guest room. The master suite has a king bed, full ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub and a glass enclosed stand-up shower. French doors open to the second story wrap around porch. The second guest room features a king bed with convenient access to the hall bathroom. This room also features a twin daybed with twin trundle as well as French door access to the wrap-around porch.

"Seas the Day" features a third story bonus room with a sofa, desk, flat screen television and access to two rooftop sun decks.

PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

 
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
•  Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
•  Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
•  Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
•  Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
