Relaxation awaits as you walk through the front door of this idyllic 2 bedroom townhome nestled in the picturesque community of Prominence, one of Scenic Highway 30A's newest gems. Perfect for a small family or ideal for a couple’s getaway the coastal inspired theme woven throughout the home makes the travails of every day life seem like a distant land far off on the horizon. Once you are here, we are confident that “Shore Beats Working” will become your favorite beach vacation destination.
The space
Tranquil tones create a calming environment inside the open-concept interior of “Shore Beats Working”. Highlighted by ocean-inspired splashes of blue and coastal themed accents, the seaside atmosphere is present throughout. Plush furniture and state of the art electronics make the living room a comfortable place to stretch out and relax. Features like central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a full size washer and dryer will provide the comforts of home. And, in the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and plenty of functional workspace. There’s ample seating for four at the dining table and the kitchen's breakfast bar which seats an additional three.

Accessible via the living room and both bedrooms, the townhouse itself offers a covered terrace with a seating group — a great spot to relax at the end of the day.

Beyond your private abode, the Scenic Highway 30A area offers an impressive array of amenities for dining, relaxation, wellness, and play.

PLEASE NOTE: The kitchen, living and dining areas and both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor accessed via a private staircase located in the entryway from the single car garage or through the front door at the side of the home.
Other things to note
The smart home is featured with a doorbell camera on the entry doorway.

On the entertainment unit in the family room is an Amazon Echo Show 5 which you can use to get the current weather conditions, catch up on the day's news, listen to a selection of complimentary music, or tune to your favorite podcast while relaxing from your adventures at the beach. Please be aware that the Echo 5 does feature a camera; however, we keep the hardware shutter closed at all times and do not have any of the video features configured.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

 
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
•  Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
•  Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
•  Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room. 
•  Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
•  Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked.
•  Make sure beach cruiser bikes are placed in the garage.
•  Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
