Discover a slice of paradise at "Seas the Day". This charming, three-bedroom vacation rental is ideal for families and friends seeking a private sanctuary in one of Scenic 30A's finest areas. The home is in the perfect spot central to all the five-star amenities which dot the area including fine dining, boutique shopping, spas, golf and much more. A 10 minute walk will find you at the white sand beaches which line the coast. We promise you an experience filled with lasting memories!
The space
Step through the front door into a world of exquisite taste and comfort. In the great room you’ll find a cozy living area, elegant dining table and a gourmet kitchen with additional seating at the countertop bar. The bedrooms are furnished with luxurious simplicity, creating the perfect ambiance for restful serenity. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen television, complimentary high speed, wireless Internet and cable television service are provided throughout the home.

The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a plush king bed situated below a picturesque vaulted ceiling. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a shower tub combination.

The inviting guest room soothes the soul with its comfy king bed nestled amongst an array of luxurious linens. You’ll make waves with the kids’ room which features two twin beds appointed with bedding decorated with a pod of whales complete with plush whale pillows — an absolutely perfect place for your children to relax after spending a fun-filled day frolicking on the white sandy shores of the spectacular beaches of the Emerald Coast!

NOTE: This home is in close proximity to an ongoing construction projects. Construction on the lot behind the home started on August 17, 2023.
Guest access
Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closet in the laundry area and the outdoor storage shed.
Other things to note
We are glad you have reserved our vacation property to create your vacation memories. We have taken pride in preparing our vacation home to give you a pleasant and relaxing visit. Since you will be in our home we ask you treat it as your own. Please remember you are renting a privately owned vacation home which is somewhat different than staying in a hotel or motel. When you arrive, please expect to have one new roll of toilet paper and a travel size set of toiletries in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap and replacement kitchen trash liners are in the kitchen. We do not provide enough of these mentioned supplies for your entire visit, but enough for you to arrive comfortably. All of the beds will be made fresh, towels are provided in each bathroom. We do not provide beach towels.

Please note that this home is currently in close proximity to an ongoing construction project.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

 
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
•  Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
•  Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
•  Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
•  Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

Great stay! Kid friendly with a pack and play and high chair there! Easy bike to the beach and very short walk to pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous gulf coast trip and Sandra’s place made it so relaxing. It sits in the cutest little neighborhood with really nice houses. The pool was super convenient after a day at the beach. We loved everything about our stay and I would highly recommend.
