Find contemporary luxury at Villa Del Mar 1, a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome located in the resort community of Prominence North. Its bright, open interiors can accommodate a group of friends or family for an unforgettable tropical holiday—or reserved for a honeymoon away from it all. This beautiful, modern vacation rental offers a location close to the lively beach towns of Florida's famed Scenic 30A, pristine national parks and public beaches.

The space

As you walk through the front door of Villa Del Mar I, you’ll lose yourself in the tranquil, coastal-inspired open concept living space. The family room features ample seating for your entire family to sit back, relax and regale each other with tales of all your day’s adventures in paradise. The back wall of the home features a large, 55” Ultra HD flat panel Smart TV equipped with YoutubeTV service. Sit back and relax on the wrap around sofa as you tune to Beach TV on channel forty-six to see highlights from local points of interests as well as interviews with local merchants and restauranteurs. For more personal conversations, you can relax in one of the pairs of comfy chairs which flank either side of the family room.

Off the living area are French doors leading onto the back porch overlooking the spacious green space. After a long day at the beach, you can sit back on the patio and relax with a cold beverage as the sun sets over the western horizon. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around and burn off some more energy, toss a ball or start up a game of ultimate frisbee!

When family members are ready to recharge their batteries you will find the well-appointed kitchen is perfectly suited to whip up a delectable meal. On the appliance front, the kitchen features stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and natural gas powered four-burner cooktop. The kitchen table features seating for six and the bar at the island accommodates another four. There are enough place settings for everyone to enjoy a meal together and we even have dishware safe for toddlers.

At the front of the residence, to the left of the door leading out to the two-car garage, you can find the laundry room which is outfitted with a brand new set of full size LG clothes washer and dryer. The washing machine uses high efficiency laundry detergent and stands ready for you to clean and prepare your beach wear for the following day’s adventures! On the back wall of the laundry room is the control panel for the Rinnai tankless water heater — there is no concern of running out of hot water should you be the last one to have the opportunity to shower. The first floor half bath is also located at the front of the house on the side opposite the laundry room.

When you’re ready to retire for the evening, simply take the staircase up to the second floor of the residence. The first room you come to will be a kids room outfitted with a twin over full bunk bed, a closet and a large dresser for your kids to unpack their suitcases Further down the hall is the second bedroom which also features a closet and is outfitted with a queen bed flanked on either side with nightstands. On the side of the house opposite the queen bedroom is a full bathroom for the occupants of these two bedrooms to share. All bedrooms are outfitted use flat screen Smart TVs.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

 
*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
•  Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
•  Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room. 
•  Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
• Turn off all lights and make sure exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
•  Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
