The space
There is no limit to all that our home has to offer. Walk through the front door into the enchanting daily living space of your “home away from home”. Relax on one of the comfy couches of the family room. Enjoy a movie on the large, flat screen smart television. Prepare an amazing home-cooked meal in the sizable, well-appointed kitchen. Delight in an evening of great food and relaxing conversation with family and friends in the dining area. Unwind with a cocktail or a large cup of coffee and experience the tranquility and serenity afforded by the sizable front porch.

As the evening draws on and you are ready to recharge for the next day, excuse yourself to the second floor where you will find more than one amply sized bedroom. The master bedroom features a king bed and large bathroom suite equipped with two vanities, walk-in closet, stand up glass shower, jetted tub and separate water closet. The bedroom exits onto a screened in porch with plush seating. The secondary master bedroom features a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and access to the screened in porch. The third bedroom has a king bed, as well, and also has it's own ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination and accesses a private balcony overlooking the front of the home. Children will be thrilled to hide away from the adults on the secluded third floor tower room appointed with a twin bunk bed and flat screen television.

Take Your Blues Away is a short walk from The Village and Peddler's Pavilion — the local “town center” located close to the front of the resort community. Enjoy the afternoon shopping in the stores and boutiques or dine in one of the many eateries that dot the area! Take a quick walk over to Rosemary, Alys or Inlet Beaches where you’ll find more local culinary treasures, shopping and nightlife.

Guest access
Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closet in the kitchen and the garage. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
