"Coastal Cottage" is a cozy, four bedroom, three bathroom home situated on Trigger Trail at the front of the picturesque neighborhood of Seacrest Beach on Florida's famed Scenic Highway 30A. The open concept living space on the second floor features a well-appointed kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and ample cabinet space. At the rear of the second floor is the family room which opens to the balcony which offers peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.

As you walk through the front door of this coastal cottage, you enter into the open concept living space where you'll find on your left a wrap around sofa flanked by a plush over-sized chair – the perfect setting for your family to relive the favorite parts of their day enjoying everything our little slice of paradise has to offer! To your right is a pair of overstuffed chairs positioned in front of an ultra HD 4K flat panel smart television. The center of the space is a large, circular dining table that comfortably seats six. When you come downstairs in the morning, you can gather round the table and plan out your day's adventures while sharing a wonderful family breakfast. After a wondrous day at the beach, pull up a chair and share in a family favorite meal as you regale each other with exciting tales of the days adventures in our idyllic beach community. The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet space and granite countertops. The cabinets are replete with all the cookware and bakeware you need to prepare and amazing meal for your family. On the wall opposite the counters is a pantry with five shelves and racks on the door — plenty of room to store everything you need to prepare scrumptious meals for your family. Steps off the porch at the back of the house is a courtyard where you’ll find a concrete table for dining al fresco as well as a propane grill. The first floor houses a queen bedroom, on the second floor is a grand master suite with a seating area, king bed and ensuite bath. Rounding out the second floor is a large guest bedroom with two full beds, seating area and ensuite bath. The third floor is a dream with two sets of twin over queen built-in bunk beds with twin size trundle beds. This bedroom houses it's own bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. Best of all, you are four tenths of a mile away from sinking your toes into the pristine white sands of the world's most beautiful beaches! You are two tenths of a mile away from the 12,000 square foot Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool — the largest pool on 30A! Peaceful Rays is a pet-friendly vacation rental; however, we have a limit on no more than two dogs each weighing fifty pounds or less. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or bedding. When people are not in residence, dogs must be crated for their own protection (being in an unfamiliar setting) and for protection of the contents of the home. There is a non-refundable $250 (+ tax) pet fee charged when bringing pets into the home. Recently built and tastefully decorated with a coastal ambiance, this two-story luxury town home offers a carefree and relaxing atmosphere for your beach escape! An open floor plan with cozy seating, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and delightful patio offer plenty of space for entertaining family and friends after a day of sun and fun. Guest access Guests are able to access all areas of the home with the exception of the owner's closets in the laundry room and master bath. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. Other things to note • 6 seater golf cart in garage available for additional fee. • The closest beach access is Deer Lake State Park located at 6350 East County Road 30-A just down the street from The Hub. Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, the entrance to Deer Lake State Park is on the left. It is recommended that you drive into the park or ride bikes to the parking area. Once parked, the walk to the beach through the dunes is 0.5 miles. This beach access is closed for renovations through August 2022. • The closest public beach access with lifeguards on duty (in season), limited parking, handicap ramp, restroom and shower facilities is Bramble Grove (3.6 miles to the west). Turn right out of the entrance to Prominence, travel 3.6 miles on 30A, the entrance to Bramble Grove Public Beach Access will be on the left (across from Santa Clara St). • Tram Access: Memorial Day through Labor Day: Prominence offers free air conditioned shuttle service which will take you to the public beach access at Bramble Grove daily between the hours of 9am - 4pm CT. The shuttle can be picked up in front of the pool. The ride to the beach access is approx. 7 minutes. • Beach Gear: A few backpack beach chairs and an assortment of beach toys are in the garage for your use. Enjoy the items, all we ask is that you wipe them clean before your departure so they’re clean for the guests following your stay. • Bikes: Four adult cruiser bikes and two child bikes are at the home for guest use. Additional bikes can be rented directly from Good Pedals at a 10% discount. Simply visit their website and enter the promo code ‘seastory10’ to activate the discount. • Pool/Gym: Please, no rough play in the pool or on the pool decks. Pool hours are 9am through 10pm CT. Within the pool area you will find gas grills for guests use. A small fitness center is on the far side of the pool area. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the fitness room. • Groceries: The closest grocery store is Publix, located 10 minutes away (by car). From the Prominence entrance, turn right onto 30A. Travel 4 miles, turn right at the stop sign on to County Road 395. Go 1 mile and the grocery store will be on your right. • Trash: Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday mornings. The trash bin is located in the garage. If there is any trash in the bin please bring it to the end of the driveway no later than Monday or Thursday evenings. After trash pickup please bring the bin back to the garage.

Please be aware that the Echo 5 does feature a camera; however, we keep the hardware shutter closed at all times and do not have any of the video features configured.

On the back wall of the laundry room is the control panel for the Rinnai tankless water heater — there is no concern of running out of hot water should you be the last one to have the opportunity to shower. The first floor half bath is also located at the front of the house on the side opposite the laundry room. When you’re ready to retire for the evening, simply take the staircase up to the second floor of the residence. The first room you come to will be a kids room outfitted with a twin over full bunk bed, a closet and a large dresser for your kids to unpack their suitcases Further down the hall is the second bedroom which also features a closet and is outfitted with a queen bed flanked on either side with nightstands.
