Let beautiful interiors and the tranquil outdoors take your breath away at “Siréne Seaclusion”. This incredible vacation rental, whose name translates to “mermaid sea-clusion” is a spectacular vacation home in Seacrest Beach, a pristine resort development along Scenic Highway 30A in Walton County, FL — listed as one of the “Best Destinations in 2019” by National Geographic Traveler.
The space
The decor is exactly what you would hope for at a coastal property — warm tones and natural textures give the home’s interiors a welcoming vibe. The open concept living, dining and kitchen areas are grouped at the back of the home offering exquisite privacy in the midst of paradise. The home is thoughtfully designed with two master suites — one off of the main floor entryway and the other on the second floor. Both bedrooms feature plush king beds, walk-in closets and ensuite baths. The remaining two bedrooms on the second floor feature a queen bed and two sets of twin bunk beds, respectively, which share a large bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combination and double vanities. For evening entertainment, the home has smart televisions in all the bedrooms and living area, free WiFi throughout, and for convenience, there is a laundry room and half bath on the main floor.

Savor long days relaxing by the gulf and playing your favorite water sports. When returning from the beach rinse off at the home’s outdoor shower and gather around the alfresco table on the screened-in back porch for meals while enjoying the gulf breeze. Guests will also enjoy the backyard’s built-in barbecue surrounded by natural vegetation and outdoor seating.

A vacation on Scenic Highway 30A means stunning sunsets, laid-back beaches, incredible walkability and a surprising array of shopping and dining. You’ll find several small boutiques, eateries, cafés and snack shops nearby. The award-winning community of Seaside, only a 7-mile drive up the coastline, has a range of dining options from food trucks to five-star restaurants. All you need to do is relax and envelop yourself in 30A’s restful ambience.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
•  Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all trash in the home to exterior trash cans.
•  Load and start dishwasher — please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on kitchen counters.
•  Do not strip beds, but DO collect all the used towels and place in the laundry room.
•  Check all drawers and closets for any personal items.
•  Return beach key fob to the kitchen counter.
•  Turn off all lights and make sure windows and exterior doors are locked. Make sure beach cruiser bikes are locked.
•  Check out on time, 10am CT firm. If leaving prior to 10am CT kindly send a text message noting the property you are departing from so we may inform our cleaning crew that they can enter the unit.

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.
