BEach Happy is an enchanting 3-story home in the resort community of Seacrest Beach on Scenic 30A. This contemporary coastal home offers 2,500 square feet of luminous living space and 3 bedroom suites accommodating 8 guests. The décor throughout the home blends generous comfort with a nod to the coastal setting — a perfect place to let your cares drift away. This rental places you within minutes of myriad activities for guests of all ages. In terms of things to do, you’ll be spoiled for choice.
The space
The spacious living room offers a warm and inviting ambience with its comfortable couches and armchairs — great places to lounge after a long day at the pool or beach. The adjacent kitchen and dining area feature a table with dining for eight and additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to whip up your favorite dish or snack. If you prefer to cook on the grill, off the kitchen area you’ll find a large propane barbecue. Enjoy alfresco meals in the private, sun-kissed yard surrounded by lush greenery and natural vegetation. Spacious outdoor decks and patios set the scene for enchanting hours basking in the Florida sunshine.

Sleeping quarters are located on the two upper levels of the home. The second floor boasts two large guest suites each with their own private ensuite bath and oversized closets. The second floor master suite is equipped with a plush king bed while the additional second floor guest suite is furnished with a queen bed and a set of twin over twin bunks. This room also houses a separate living space with an entertainment center and a comfy sofa — a great for kids to lounge on their own.

As you ascend to the third floor you enter the master oasis. The entire third floor is dedicated to the master suite making it a tranquil escape. The bedroom area features a lush king bed and large television perfect for black and white films or guilty pleasure reality tv shows. The master bath features a ??? There is a French closest with a dramatic double door entry (no fighting over closet space here). The pièce de résistance is the covered private balcony with lounge seating — perfect for sneaking in a nap, enjoying a book or watching the sunset with a glass of wine and your better half.

This vacation rental places you within minutes of myriad activities for guests of all ages. Within a five minute walk there’s a selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife to enhance your stay. The Seacrest Beach lagoon pool and the glorious white sand beaches are close by and can be accessed by the seasonal tram service, a quick bike ride or a leisurely walk. Nature lovers will find plenty to explore with the Seacrest Beach bike-walk trail just steps off the back patio. The proximity to NW Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) makes BEach Happy a convenient choice for destination wedding guests or easy getaways with family and friends.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The Seacrest Beach community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bins.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65 degrees in colder seasons and 74 degrees in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
